All out-of-town teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through Montgomery County CVB (Conference and Visitors Bureau) to insure their place in the tournament. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance. Team hotel info must be provided with team check-in information.
